Reservations

Bookings: Your credit card will be charged a deposit of the first nights stay. All credit card transactions must be made by the cardholder or with the cardholders permission (in the latter case an email, fax or letter from the card holder authorising the transaction is required). Credit card transactions with a Visa or Mastercard issued outside the UK will be made in the issuing country's currency using the DCC (direct currency change) system where available. Please let us know if you wish to be charged in Pounds Sterling. Cancellation policy: 4 days notice is required for cancellations or a charge of the first night's stay is payable. For cancellations made prior to 4 days an administration charge of £10.00 will be made.
