There's no elevator, but it's perfect for solo travelers with light luggage. Plenty of fast food and restaurants nearby, plus an M&S at the station, so food isn't an issue at all! 😄

Really enjoyed my stay at Barry House. The staff were very kind and helpful, the room was clean, and the location was perfect for exploring London. Everything I needed was nearby, especially Paddington Station. Great value for money and a comfortable stay. I would happily come back in the future. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful — friendly, polite, always smiling, and very helpful. As we arrived quite late and were carrying large suitcases, the receptionist kindly offered to upgrade us to a ground-floor room. It was such a pleasant surprise when we entered the room — it was very spacious and comfortable! During check-out the next morning, they were also more than happy to help us store our luggage, which made our day much easier. We truly appreciated the thoughtful service and would definitely stay here again next time.
